选择性绿激光汽化术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生病人围术期的护理 被引量：6

摘要 [目的]探讨绿激光汽化术(PVP)治疗高龄高危前列腺增生病人围术期的护理。[方法]回顾2007年5月—2009年7月PVP治疗72例高龄高危前列腺增生病人的临床资料,术前进行心理护理、安全指导、术前训练,术后密切观察病人生命体征、预防并发症的发生以及康复指导。[结果]72例病人手术顺利成功,术后无严重并发症发生。术后出现淡红色尿液10例,膀胱痉挛15例,急性尿潴留8例,尿路刺激征20例,经采取相应的对症治疗护理后,全部治愈出院。[结论]针对病人个体化的表现,行有针对性的健康教育及落实有效的护理措施,有利于PVP手术顺利进行,减少并发症的发生,促进病人康复。
