摘要
校园文化是直接影响大学生成才和发展的重要因素,要充分发挥高职女校校园文化在人才培养方面的作用,需要从物质、行为、制度、精神四方面着手,创建具有高职特色与女校特色相融合的校园文化,为实现培养新时期的女性人才营造良好的育人环境。
The campus culture is a direct impact on talent and development of students. In order to take full use of personnel training in women＇s polytechnic colleges,campus culture with the integrated characteristics of higher vocational colleges and women Polytechnic should be created from the physical,behavioral,institutional,spiritual four-pronged. A good education environment should be created for the realization of training the new era women＇s talents.
