摘要
知识经济和现代市场经济的高度发展,使高职教育在服务社会发展的大方向上,适应性与引领性并重而引领功能提升;在积极促进毕业生就业问题上,就业教育与创业教育并重而创业教育功能提升;在义不容辞的社会责任担当上,义务担当与责任担当并重而责任担当功能提升。为此,高职院校必须创新办学理念,实现"技术教育——教育技术"、"就业导向——职业导向"和"服务社会——社会服务"的"三大转变"。
With the high development of knowledge economy and modern market economy,three new issues are arisen for the development of higher vocational education：In the general direction of serving social development,adaptability and leading should be equally emphasized,whereas leading should be enhanced; on the issue of promoting employment after graduation,employment education is as important as entrepreneurship education,whereas the function of entrepreneurship education should be promoted; as to the duty-bound social responsibility,obligations and responsibilities should be equally emphasized,whereas responsibility ought to be upgraded. To solve ＂three upgrades＂ under the modern circumstances,vocational colleges must be creative at school management and implement ＂three changes＂——＂From Technical Education to Educational Technology＂,＂From Employment-oriented to Career-oriented＂ and ＂From Serving Society to Social Services＂.
