摘要
甘蓝型油菜主茎无柄叶有戟形、剑形、鞋形三种。戟形叶和剑形叶单叶面积均具有较高的广义遗传力,分别为82.60%、77.68%。戟形叶、剑形叶单叶面积与单株产量遗传相关系数分别为0.8880、0.8937达极显著正相关。通过对单株戟形叶、剑形叶叶片大小的选择,可望获得高产的株系,在1%强度正向选择下,可使原群体单株平均产量15.89g提高3.88~4.05g。
There are three types of the less stalk leaves on
mainstem in Brassica napus,ie, halberdshaped leaves, swordshaped leaves and shoeshaped
leaves. The heritabilities in broad sense of the single leaf area about the halberdshaped and
the swordshaped leaf were 82.60% and 77.68% respectively. The positive correlation existed
in single plant between seed yield and the single leaf area of the halberdshaped leaves or the
swordshaped leaves, and their coefficients of genetic correlation were 0.8880 and 0.8937
respectively. All the results above suggested that the strains with higher seed yield can be
obtained through selecting the size of these two kinds of leaf areas in single plant. The average
seed yield per plant could be increased within 3.884.05g on the basis of the original 15.89g by
selecting positively with 1% rate.
