摘要
贪污贿赂犯罪日益严重,凸显出检察机关治理贪污贿赂犯罪的能力有待进一步提高,检察机关应发挥治理贪污贿赂犯罪的优势,从改变侦防脱节的现状入手,构建适应治理贪污贿赂犯罪需要的侦防协作关系。
Bribery and corruption crimes becomes more and more serious,the capability of procuratorate to administer these crimes should be improved.Procuratorate should use advantages in administering this kind of crimes,and start with the situation that investigation divorced form prevention,and establishing the proper cooperation relation to administer these crimes.
