摘要
采用实验室与旱棚盆栽相结合的方法,对花生有关生理指标与抗旱性关系的研究结果表明:试验所选6项生理指标与抗旱性的相关性次序是:丙二醛>过氧化氢酶可溶性蛋白质含量>根系活力>蒸腾速率。6种指标的加权平均值(D)与抗旱系数间的相关系数达显著水平(r=0.93,P<0.01),其中前4项对抗旱性评价的累积贡献率达73.95%,其D值可近似代替6项指标。试验认为旱棚盆栽条件下生理指标的隶属函数加权平均值可以间接地对花生抗旱性进行评价和分级。另外,通过运用隶属函数法对花生品种抗旱特征进行定量描述,分析每个指标对品种抗旱性贡献大小,可以了解品种的抗旱机制和改良方向。
The relationship between several physiological indexes and drought resistance in pod culture with rain proof shelter was studied with six peanut varieties. The results showed that the correlative relationship between those indexes and drought resistance of the varieties was in such order: MDA>CAT>The content of soluble protein (Pr)>Root system vigour (TTC)>Photosynthetic rate (Pn.)>Transpiratio rate (Tr). The correlative coefficient between the weighted average of subordinate function values (D) of those six physiological indexes and drought resistance was positively significant (r=0.93; P<0.01). The first four places of the indexes could approximately substitute for the first six indexes (73.95%). The results suggested that the comprehensive physiological indexes for water stress might be used for indirect assessment and grading of the drought resistance of peanut varieties in the field. In addition, the breeder could grasp the mechanism of drought resistance of each variety and know the improvement direction by the quantitative analysis of the drought resistance characters of each variety.
