摘要
以黑叶、糯米糍、桂味、禾虾串荔枝品种为材料,应用扫描电镜比较观察了果皮的超微结构。所有品种的果面均由峰谷组成,峰即肉眼可见的龟裂片,谷即联接龟裂片的低洼部位,峰谷均由许多小突起构成。不同品种果面小突起的排列方式与突起程度有别。小突起受到破坏后,形成蜂窝状凹陷。小突起与蜂窝状凹陷的表面均呈皱褶的网状。果面普遍观察到微裂口与表皮毛。禾虾串上观察到特有的联接龟裂片的长条状组织。
The ultrastructure oflitchipericarp w ascom paratively observed by SEM in cultivars in- cluding Heiye,Nuom ici,Guiw ei,and Hexiachuan.Litchipericarp surface consists of peaks (being fissure slices )and valleys( being the low er parts linking fissure slices).Both peaks and valleys are com posed ofm any sm allprojected ridges.There are differences in range properties of sm all pro- jected ridges am ong cultivars.Sunken honeycom b-like cavity form ed w hile the sm all projected ridges w ere destroyed.The surface ofsm allprojected ridges and sunken honeycom b-like cavity are net-like and com posed ofirregularstripes.Microcrack and surface hairw ere observed in each culti- var.The long-stripe-like tissue linking fissure slices w as observed in Hexiachuan only.The rela- tionship betw een pericarp structure and storage and preservation in litchis w as also discussed in the paper.
