摘要
首先通过竹种搭配,改主产毛竹笋为多品种竹笋的周年供应;其次是采取科学施肥、合理挖笋等技术,使毛竹春季产笋为四季产笋;第三采用反季节栽培等技术,使竹笋供应时间从春季到四季,竹笋品种多样化,竹笋的产量和质量有很大提高,特别是毛竹鞭笋亩产达650kg,毛竹冬笋亩产超过千斤,雷笋亩产达3000kg。
Technical measures for year-round supply of bamboo shoots are as follows: 1.Rational arrangment of different species to trans form fresh bamboo shoot supply structurefrom only with phyllostachys pubescens to with various bamboo species; 2. Scientific techniques,such as fertilization and shoot digging out. are adapted to produce shoot all over theyear;3. Counter-season cultivation techniques are available,Besides,some measures are taken to diversity bamboo spedes,improve shoot quality,and raise shoot yield,In particular,theyield of rhizome shoot,winter shoot of Ph. pubescens per mu,and spring shoot of Ph. praecoxper mu are reached to 650 kg, 500 kg and 3 000 kg respectively.
