摘要
采用NAA、NAA＋IAA、ABT生根粉等植物生长调节剂处理绿竹带蔸主枝进行扦插试验，结果表明，植物生长调节剂处理对绿竹带蔸主枝扦插生根有一定的促进作用。其中促进主枝生根ABT生根粉的效果较好，促进主枝发笋以NAA、NAA＋IAA处理和ABT3＃处理效果较好。以发笋率为指标，筛选出la带蔸主枝，NAA100mg．kg^(-1)浸沾10小时、NAA2000mg．kg^(-1)和ABT3＃2000mg．kg^(-1)浸沾10秒等处理，带蔸主枝打插成活率在59～60％。
Propagation trial of main branch cutting with stump of Dendrosalamus oldhamitreated by NAA,NAA+IAA, ABT was made,the results showed plant growth regulator hada certain effect to promotion of its growth of main branch cutting with stump. It was more effective to rooting abilility of main branch treated with ABT.and to shooting of main branchtreated with NAA, NAA+IAA and ABT3 #. Survival percentage was 59~60% when themain branch being dipped with NAA at a concentration of 100mg/kg for 10 hours andNAA2000 mg/kg,ABT3 # 2000mg/kg for 10 hours respectively.
