摘要
采用同时提高毛竹含水率和温度的方法,对四年生毛竹进行了展平试验。结果表明:①采用本方法可展平”一定圆周弧度的毛竹片。具有1/4圆周的竹片展平率为99%,1/3圆周的竹片展平率为52%(其中竿茎顶部竹片为8%、中部为75%、基部为72%),5/12圆周的竹片在展平过程中全部断裂。②同样圆周弧度下,外径越大的竹片越易展平,无节的比有节的竹片易展平。
Unfolding test of four-year-old bamboo by increasing moisture content and temperature of bamboo is made. The results are as follows:Firstly,the bamboo strip with certaincircumferential radian can be unfolded by this means. Bamboo strip unfolding rate of onefourth circumference is 99% and that of one-third is 52% (the top of bamboo culm being 8%,the middle 75% and the bottom 72% ), but bamboo strips with 5/12 circumference are allbroken. Secondly,in case of same circumferential radian,the bigger outer diameter of bamboostrip is, the easier unfolding is,the bamboo strip without knot is easier to unfolding than onewith knot.
