摘要
在对江苏省常州市武进区雪堰镇漕桥河流域42个自然村和22个河浜调查基础上,选择了7个村落5个河浜进行水环境重点整治规划,并按集中与分散相结合模式和河浜生态集中处理模式两种方案进行了工程效益分析,提出了模式实施具体建议。规划通过现场实地调查、搜集相关资料,运用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,提出合理的指标,确定规划目标和工程规模投资概算。
Based on an investigation of 42 villages and 22 riversides in Caoqiao Valley,Xueyan Town,Wujin District,Changzhou City,seven villages and five riversides were selected to carry out a key regulation planning for water environment.Meanwhile,a project cost-benefit analysis was made of combining centralization-decentralization model and riverside ecological centralized processing model.Then specific suggestions were proposed.Regulation planning was made based on on-the-spot observations and relevant material collecting,combining the quantitative with qualitative analysis,this paper puts forward a reasonable indexand defines planning objectives and project investment.
