摘要
阐述了我国农村环境问题,指出环境污染现状堪忧,环境保护和环境治理没有得到足够的重视。改善农村环境,推进农村环境保护和环境治理,需要明确政府的职能,推广清洁生产和促进循环经济发展。
The status of rural environment in China is much worried,and the environmental protection and treatment have not got enough attention.Improving rural environment and promoting rural environmental protection and treatment need define the functions of the government,extend cleaner production and promote recycling economy development.
