摘要
金融是现代经济的核心,是引导经济资源配置的重要动力机制。在我国,产业政策在经济社会发展中具有重要的导向性作用,是我国经济发展体系的中心,而金融也已成为我国经济发展与产业结构优化调整的核心支持机制。文章从金融发展视角,针对金融支持产业结构优化调整的机理性建构问题展开深入探讨,并提出了基于政策性金融与市场性金融相结合、直接金融与间接金融相结合的机理性架构,本研究将为我国制定科学高效的国家产业发展政策与金融财政政策提供重要的理论指导与决策参考,具有非常重要的理论与现实意义。
Finance is the core of Modern economic. And it has become the mechanism to Chinese economic development and industry structure adjustment. This paper deeply approaches to the problem to finance supporting mechanism to industry structure upgrade from finance development perspective, and offers finance supporting framework of industry selection based on direct finance and indirect finance collaboration affection, which will render important theory guide and strategy reference to China establishing scientifically high-efficience industry development policy and finance economic policy, and which possesses very important theory and practice significance.
