摘要
主要介绍了蜂窝夹层结构的双曲高性能雷达天线罩选用的材料体系、成型工艺和制造技术,着重论述了模具结构的选择、蒙皮的装配和下料问题。研制的天线罩较好地通过了力学、电学性能测试和无损检测。
The selection of material system and manufacturing are introduced in this article.The choose of type of mold,the optimized design of shape of glass fiber woven and assembly of outer skin is discussed in detail.The radome made of the selected material system successfully passed the mechanical and electrical test.
