摘要
通过对硬质合金工件的磨削试验,分析了不同砂轮对工件表面粗糙度的影响,优选出可获得最佳表面质量的砂轮。通过将Matlab应用于磨削表面平面度检测的数学建模,提高了工件平面度的检测精度。
Through grinding experimrnts on cenmented carbide workpieces,impacts of different grinding wheels on surface roughness of ground workpieces were analyzed,the grinding wheels by which the best surface quality can be obtained were selected.By applied Matlab to the modeling of flatness test on ground surface,the test accuracy of workpiece flatness was improved.
