摘要 在油田开发的中后期,底水锥进、油层水淹造成油井含水高,产量降低,甚至停产。传统的机械找堵水工艺需要2~3次管柱,靠液压调层,受井内压力影响大,成功率低。电控机械找堵水工艺技术吸取了传统机械找堵水工艺的优点,研制了电控找堵水开关和电缆脱接器,使用一次管柱,电缆和井下工具可以随时对接和丢开,大大提高了找堵水的可靠性和成功率。 The oil field development will be obstructed by bottom water coning and water flooding in the intermediary and later stage.It results high water cut,low produce or well shut in.Traditional mechanical water detection and shut off techniques need two or three trips,change layer by hydraulic pressure,so it is affected by the well pressure.The electrical-mechanical water detection and shut off technique use one trip.The hole tools are controlled by electric.The wireline can joint and divide at any time.It can develop the success rate and dependability of water detection and shut off.
