摘要
目的探讨超声诊断植入性胎盘的声像图表现及临床应用价值。方法对我院产科临床确诊的46例植入性胎盘的超声检查资料进行总结,分析其声像图特征。结果 46例植入性胎盘患者产前经超声检出39例,符合率84.8%,未检出7例,占15.2%。结论植入性胎盘(特别是完全性植入性胎盘)的超声声像图改变有一定的特异性,超声检查具有操作简便,可重复的特点,是目前诊断该病的首选方法 。
Objective To explore the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging of placenta accreta and its clinical diagnostic value.Methods The results of ultrasonic imaging of 46 cases of placenta accrete clinically diagnosed by Department of Obstetrics of Chenzhou Municipal Hospital of Maternal and Child Health Care were summarized,and the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging were analyzed.Results Among the 46 cases of placenta accrete,39 cases were prenatally diagnosed through ultrasonic imaging,with the coincidence rate of 84.8%,and 7 cases （15.2%） were not detected.Conclusions The changes of ultrasonic imaging of placenta accrete （especially total imbedded placenta） possesses definite characteristics.Sonography has the characteristics of easy operation and repeatability,which is the first choice for the diagnosis of placenta accrete.
