摘要
目的了解适宜技术的开展对社区卫生服务的影响。方法通过对适宜技术开展前后相关资料的对比分析,系统评估项目实施的效果。结果 1)适宜技术的开展,有效地提高了医务人员的知识技能水平(P<0.01),得到了广大医务人员的认同;2)适宜技术的实施,有效提高了高血压、糖尿病的知晓率和控制率(P<0.01),家长对儿童保健知识的知晓率和对儿童保健服务的满意度也明显提高(P<0.01);3)项目实施后,高血压、糖尿病的控制成本/效果比有了很大改进,基本实现了国务院提出的"效率"原则。结论社区卫生适宜技术的开展有效地降低了患者的医疗费用,提高了工作效率,取得了较好的综合效益。
Objective To know the effect of appropriate technology on community health service.Methods The data collected from correlated information before and after practice of appropriate technology were compared to evaluate its efficiency.Results The practice of appropriate technology was supported by medical staff and improved the levels of their technical skills （P〈0.01）.The rates of knowledge awareness and disease control of hypertension and diabetes were increased gradually after the practice of appropriate technology,and the parents’ rates of knowledge awareness and satisfaction on child care service were also improved significantly （P〈0.01）.The cost-effectiveness ratios of hypertension and diabetes control were improved significantly which made the ＂efficiency＂ principle proposed by the State Council came true.Conclusions The practice of appropriate technology in community health service decreases patients’ medical cost and increases medical treatment departments’ efficiency effectively which obtains good integration efficiency.
