摘要
改革开放以来,中国崛起已经成为人们热议的话题。中国的发展和强大离不开国际体系,同时,也将对国际体系产生重大影响。冷战结束后,国际体系正经历经济全球化、世界格局多极化、国际关系民主化、世界文化多样化的历史性转型,这为中国和平发展创造了良好的国际环境。中国的发展和强大也将积极促进国际体系的规则、结构、机制和秩序向更加公正合理的方向发展,从而建设一个持久和平、共同繁荣的和谐世界。
Since the reform and opening up,China’s development has been a hot topic. China’s development was on the grounds of international system,and China’s prosperity will also play an significant impact on it. Since the end of Cold War,the international system has undergone the historic transformation of economic globalization,world multi-polarization,democratization of international relations,and diversity of international culture,which create a favorable international environment for China’s peaceful development. China’s development,in return,will also promote the rational development of the rules,structure,mechanism and order of the international system,and furthermore a harmonious world of everlasting peace and common prosperity.
