摘要
本文总结了30年来美国基础教育改革的主要路径,包括:由政府推动的以标准为导向的教育改革、依市场逻辑进行的教育改革、由公民社会为主体的教育活动,并在此基础上,归纳了美国基础教育中混合教育权力模式、混合教育制度安排、法律至上原则等特征。
The article sums up the main paths for American basic education in the past 30 years, which include the standard-oriented educational reform driven by the government, the educational reform according to the market logic and the educational activity for the civil as the main body. Based on the above, the paper concludes the features of American basic education such as the power mode of mixed education, system arrangement of mixed education and the principle of law supremacy.
