摘要
本文基于湖南、湖北、甘肃三省实地调研情况及相关统计数据,分析我国大学生生源地助学贷款政策实施现状,并对这一政策实施中面临的困境进行思考,最后从制度层面探讨生源地助学贷款可持续发展的路径。
Based on the field investigation and the carding of mass data, the paper analyses the implementation status on student-origin-based loans in China. Then we think about the plight of student-origin-based-loan policy implementation. At last, we probe the sustainable development way of the student-origin-based loans from the systematic level.
