摘要
针对异步电机直接转矩控制系统存在的转矩和磁链脉动大、器件开关频率不定等缺点,分析了异步电机减小转矩脉动的SVPWM算法,该算法是在假设定转子磁链近似相等的条件下得到的,这在一定程度上降低了控制精度;考虑到定、转子磁链的不同,提出了一种改进方案,并通过MATLAB仿真证明了改进方案的可行性。仿真结果表明,改进后的算法的精度更高,电机的转矩和磁链的脉动更小,开关频率固定。
To solve the problems of uncertainty of switching frequency, the flux ripple and the torque ripple existing in direct torque control (DTC) for induction motors, this paper analyzed the SVPWM algorithm of reducing torque ripple in the DTC of induction motor, which was obtained on the assumption of approximately equr stator flux and rotor flux approximate equal and thus perated with redaced control precision. In this paper, an improved program based on the difference bwteen stator flux and rotor flux was proposed, and MATLAB simulation proved its feasibility. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm was more precise, giving smaller torque and flux ripple and fixed switching frequency.
