摘要
介绍了从不同的养殖区内,采集河蟹病蟹样品。在濒死的蟹体内分离检出的菌株,经系统生化鉴定有12株菌,被鉴定为假单胞菌属;腐败假单胞菌。为研究证明腐败假单胞菌对河蟹的致病性及其毒力的强度,用人工注射的方法进行试验观察。试验结果表明,仅注射10×106/mL菌悬液5μL即可使稚蟹3h内死亡。药物敏感性实验结果表明,腐败假单胞菌对卡那霉素、庆大霉素、氟哌酸敏感。
Germ strains was isolated from sick body of Eriocheir Sinensis collected
from different culture areas.There are 12 strains altogether after systematic bio-chemical
appraisement.They all belong to Pseudomonas putrefaciens.In order to prove the pathgenicity
and toxic degree of pseudomonas putrefaciens to Eriocheir sinensis,the experimental
observations were made with artificial infection methods.The results show that the juvenile
Eriocheir scnensis died within 3h after infected only 5L bacteria suspension with the
concentration of 10106cell/mL.The results of susceptibiliby experiments to antibiotics show that
the strains of Pseudomonas putrefaciens are susceptible to Gentamicin,Norfloxacin and
kanawycin.
