摘要
目的探讨护理干预对宫颈癌病人行Ir-192源近距离治疗后并发症的影响。方法将96例宫颈癌病人随机分成观察组及对照组各48例。观察组在常规护理基础上,及时给予相关的健康指导。结果两组病人均无严重并发症发生,无一例死亡。结论Ir-192源近距离治疗是宫颈癌患者的主要治疗手段,通过护士的护理干预,可以降低其放疗后并发症的发生率,使患者减轻痛苦。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention on complications of Ir-192 source Brachytherapy for Cervical Cancer. Methods 96 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 48 cases. Observation group received more health advice. Results Both patients had no severe complications,no deaths. Conclusion Ir-192 brachytherapy sources is the main treatment for patients with cervical cancer,by nurses,nursing intervention,can reduce the incidence of complications after radiotherapy to relieve pain in patients.
