摘要
根据１９８６～１９９７年中国环境污染治理投资总量与构成等有关数据，对该投资的范围与筹资政策、投资状况、资金来源、投资效益以及发展趋势等方面进行了分析，认为其间我国的环境污染治理投资在总量上有较大增长，但占ＧＮＰ的比例仍偏低．“九五”期间所需污染治理投资约为４５００亿元。占ＧＮＰ比例为１．３％。目前发展趋势较好。
This paper summarizes the data of total investment and its components to environmental pollution controlduring 1986 to 1997 in China, analyzes the scope,financing policy,status,financial resources,benefits and trends of thiskind of investment,and finds out that the ratio of pollution control investment to GNP is still very low ,while the amountof the total investment has increased.The pollution control investment required in the “9th five-year period” will be 450billion yuan RMS, or 1.3% of GNP, and the situation and trend of investment at present is promising.
