摘要
食用油脂经过精加工去除了其中所含有的黄曲霉毒素,3、4—苯并芘等有毒致癌物质后再与含必需脂肪酸较高的多不饱和油脂调配成具有降低高血脂功能的食用调和油,能促使胆固醇在人体组织中重新分配,使血清中胆固醇的水平降低,减少冠心病的发病率。
After edible fats and oils are finely processed the carcinogenic substances such as aflatoxin, 3.4-benzopyrene and etc have becn removed from the fine processed fats and oils. Then the fine processed fats and oils and polyunsaturated fats and oils with high content of essential fatty acids are blended into high-grade edible blend oil with the characteristic functions of lowering high blood fat,promoting the redistribution of cholesterslin tissues,This lowering cholesterol level of blood serum and decreasing the outbreaking rate of coronary heart disease.
