在详细研究现代信息技术功能的基础上，探讨现代配送企业的价值链重组及其重组方式，并分析了配送企业在各种方式下的价值链环节，希望能够为现代配送企业的发展提供可以借鉴的思路。
Study the functions of modern information technology, probe into value chain regroup of today'sdistribution enterprise, also study some patterns of value chain regroup of distribution enterprise, based on information technology, and analyze the value chain in these patterns. We expect this article can offer some newideas for modern distribution enterprise.
