摘要
改革开放２０年来，在邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论的指导下，农田灌溉科学技术取得了举世瞩目的成就。文章从农田灌溉科技事业、农田灌溉的基础理论研究、高效井灌技术、节水灌溉研究示范与推广、农业水管理体制。
A great of progress in Farmland irrigation sciences has been achieved since 1978, under the guide of Deng Xiaoping theory of reforming and opening to outside. This paper summarized the progress in last 20 years on following six aspects: scientific system of farmland irrigation, basic theory, high fficiency well irrigation techniques, development and popularization of water saving irrigation techniques, agricultural water management system, and agricultural water management techniques.
