摘要
用复方中药制剂（泻痢康）对鸡白痢进行防治试验，并对泻痢康的作用机理和毒性进行了研究和分析。结果表明：泻痢康对鸡白痢具有明显的防治作用，预防保护率为９６．７％；对沙门氏杆菌有明显的抑杀作用；对肝、肾、心等主要器官没有损伤，具有一定的保护作用。
The compounded Chinese medicine Xie Li Kang was tested in preventing the Pullorum disease in chickens.The mechanism of the drug action and it's toxicity mere investegated.Our result showed that the effect of Xie Li Kang in preventing pullorum disease in chickens was evident.The protective rate of the medicine was 96.7%.The bacteriostasis in vitro to Salmondlla pullorum by Xie Li Kang was found.The livers,Kidneys and hearts of the tested chickens feed with Xie Li Kang were not injured during the period of the experiment.
