摘要
高校学报是反映高校科研和教学成果的综合性学术理论刊物,但在市场经济的冲击下,偏离了学术本位,出现了学术质量滑坡、学术泡沫泛滥、学术腐败蔓延等学术不端现象,期刊编辑要认真反思,本着学术独立之精神,开创"百花齐放、百家争鸣"的学术新局面,真正发挥学术公器的作用。
University journals are the comprehensive academic journals which reflect the achievement of science and technology and education in universities.But in the flood of the market economy,they diverging from the nature of academy are faced with degeneration of academic quality,serious academic bubble and academic corruption.Therefore the editors should reconsider earnestly,hold the spirit of academic independence to make journals take on a new look according to the principle ＂Let a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend＂,and make academy as the public goods in nature.
