摘要
本文以具有牧区典型特点的上都镇作为研究对象,从城市规划原理的总体布局出发,通过对正蓝旗上都城镇生态环境现状和生态移民总体规划的调查,对上都镇及旗域城镇体系的现状及发展优势、发展制约因素、城镇建设布局、城镇发展存在的主要问题进行分析,提出城镇发展战略。依托旧城,适度发展新区,充分利用正蓝电厂和桑蓝铁路建设为城市的发展契机,调整城市用地结构,保持良好的城市形态;强调历史文脉与现代精神相融合,创造新的城市人文景观,并就上都镇的发展规划进行设计研究,使上都镇成为具有较强民族性的现代化、开放型的1颗草原明珠。
From the basic principles of urban planning theory,through the Blue Flag is the planning of towns,and ecological state of the environment,ecological migrants master plan survey,combining the actual local situation,both the town and flags of cities and towns of the status and development advantages,the development of constraints,the layout of urban construction,urban development analysis of the main problems is proposed urban development strategy.Relying on the old city,moderate development of new districts make full use of ZHENG-LAN and Sang Lan railway construction of power plants and urban development as an opportunity to adjust the structure of urban land,and maintain good urban form;emphasized historical culture and modern spirit of integration,the creation of new cities cultural landscape,and to both the town development plan design studies,so that both the town into a strong national character in modern,open grasslands of a pearl.
