摘要
为了提高极低体重儿（ＶＬＢＷＩ）肺炎的治愈率，通过对６７例ＶＬＢＷＩ肺炎临床表现和治疗的分析，我们认为ＶＬＢＷＩ肺炎以产前感染肺炎为主，其特点为：①发病早，②主要通过吸入污染的羊水引起感染，③临床表现不典型，④病原菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主，对氨苄青霉素耐药，可首选头孢氨噻肟或头孢三嗪，⑤合并症多。
To improve the treatment of pneumonia in VLBWI the presentation thera- py of 67 cases with pneumonia in VLBWI were analysed. We think that most of pneumonia in VLBWI is caused by antepartral infection. It's character is: A, Symptom take place ear- ly; B, Infection is caused by inaspirat the polluted amnionic fluid; C, Patients have no obvi- ous clinical manifestation; D, Gram-negative bacterium is main organisms of pneumonia in VLBWI. Cefotaxine or Ceftriaxone is the antibiotic choice in those insensitive to the Ampi- cillinum;E, Complication is variety.
