摘要
翻译是将一种语言文化承载的意义转换到另一种语言文化中的跨语言、跨文化的交际活动。通过对英汉两种语言的互译,着重从词量、语音韵律和习语三方面分析并进行英汉比较,进一步阐述并证明了在英汉互译中汉语选词的效率性要高于英语,说明了要想熟练掌握两种语言的转换,就要经常进行两种语言的对比。
Translation is a cross-language and cross-cultural communicative activity transferring one language into another.Three aspects,the number of words,speech rhythm and idioms,are analyzed by comparing Chinese and English translation,further explaining and proving the fact that the efficiency in choice of Chinese words is higher than that in English.It indicates that frequent comparison is essential in order to master exchange of the two languages.
