摘要
目的为HRV分析的研究提供一个较为实用的应用系统。方法研制高质量的放大电路,在Windows环境下解决信号采集、显示和多任务运行的矛盾,建立了HRV分析系统,并采用时域的统计学、频域的功率谱以及时变功率谱的分析方法对健康人、病人进行HRV分析。结果健康人、病人的HRV有差异,糖尿病患者HRV的特异性更明显。结论该分析系统对心率变异的研究有重要应用价值。
Objective To provide a real useful
application system for the HRV research. Method The acquisition, detection and analysis
system of HRV signal was set up based on Windows 95. The system analyzes the HRV signal
with statistic method in time domain and power spectrum in frequency domain. And the power
spectrum array was also introduced into the analysis.HRV signals of some healthy persons and
some patients were detected and analyzed. Result The HRV characteristic is much more
obvious in the diabetics patients. Conclusion The system is useful in HRV signal analysis and
cardiovascular research.
