摘要
为深入研究大豆种子破碎和内部损伤机理及其对发芽率的影响,改进大豆脱粒原理和脱粒技术,以机械脱粒、清选后的3个辽宁主栽大豆品种(开育857、辽豆15、沈农8号)为对象,研究了大豆种子籽粒的脱粒损伤状况、特征,分析了造成损伤的基本原因。结果表明:机械脱粒的大豆种子籽粒普遍存在严重的机械损伤问题,其中外部损伤率(含破碎)9%~12%、内部损伤率5%~9%;大豆机械损伤脱粒环节、由脱粒机械作用所致,其次发生在清选与分级过程、由输送装置导致。
In order to study the mechanism and effect on germination and emergence of mechanical damage of soybean kernels,to develop soybean threshing principle and design low damage soybean thresher,the typical soybean varieties in Liaoning Province(Kaiyu857,Liaodou15,Shennong8) were selected and the characteristics and regularity of mechanical damage were tested.The results showed that the damaged soybean ratio was remarkable when soybean kernels compressed in different ways.Strain and load of smashing were also different when load-speed changed.
