摘要
浙江省配合农村中小学教师"领雁工程"培训开展顶岗实习支教工作,将农村教师执教能力提高和高校师范生教师教学能力的培养结合起来,取得了"双赢"实效之余,也暴露出诸多问题。系统反思顶岗实习支教实践过程中出现的倾向性问题,从操作层面提出求解策略,以期为全面和谐地推进顶岗实习支教工作提供决策支持。
In order to cooperate with the leading- wild- goose project running in primary and middle schools in rural areas in Zhejiang Province, the local bureaus of education start up the work of normal college graduates' Position - Replacement Teaching Practice. This system not only provides opportuni- ties for rural teachers to improve their teaching abilities, but also enhance normal graduates~ teaching a- bilities, too, which is a win - win mode. However, many problems have appeared during the practice. This article focuses on the problems that have appeared in the work of normal college graduates' Posi- tion - Replacement Teaching Practice, offers some solutions from the operational level, and tries to pro- vide supports to management decisionmaking.
