摘要
四川省丹巴县磨子沟是泥石流灾害相对频发的地区。在分析了磨子沟泥石流发生的条件和激发条件的基础上,指出磨子沟泥石流存在再次发生的隐患。据此,总结了该地区泥石流的灾害特征以及发展趋势,进行了危害度评估,提出要建立有效的监测预警系统、避让和工程治理方面的防治建议。
Mozi gully of Danba county of Sichuan is the areawhere the debris flow disaster relative fi＇equency occurred in. In the analysis of the Occurs condition and Stimulation condition of debris flow, It indicates that the eruption of debris flow may occur in Mozi gully once more. According to the above, the author summarized the disaster characteristic of the debris flow, analyzed it＇s hazard. In view of the essential features and hazards, The countermeasures against debris flow in Mozi gully are to set up an effective system of monitoring and forecasting, on the other hand, to put forward avoidance and Project Management.
