摘要
在东濮凹陷上部地层钻进施工中使用的以80A51为代表的高分子聚合物助剂存在一些不足:如絮凝效果强而降失水效果不好,滤饼质量差;加入钻井液后,溶解速度慢,见效迟缓,部分产生"鱼眼"现象,黏糊固控设备筛网,消耗大、浪费多等等,影响了聚合物处理剂的使用效果。新型乳液聚合物处理剂是乳液状高分子聚合物,加入钻井液后具有溶解速度快、效能高、性能稳定等特点,适用于东濮凹陷不同区块上部地层钻井施工,主要作用是絮凝包被黏土、钻屑,抑制地层造浆。
The application of conventional macromolecule polymer Additive in the top formation of Dongpu Depression,such as 80A51,has some shortages,for example,strong flocculating effect and poor fluid loss effect which cause the poor filter cake quality,low solution rate in fluid and 'fish-eye' appearance which cause the mesh sticky,large waste,etc.,these features have affected the applied effect of polymer treating compound.The new kind of polymer Addtive is a macromolecule emulsion polymer,which has the advantages of rapid dissolution in drilling fluid,high efficient and steady performance,it is suitable for the top formation operation of the different area in Dongpu depression.
