摘要
根据微型电动轿车动力性能指标要求,通过理论分析提出了一档传动比、电池容量、电机参数的协调匹配计算方法,使系统输出特性与整车动力性匹配。以重庆御捷马电气有限公司的FA微型电动轿车机电传动系统为例进行了匹配计算,并利用ADVISOR进行了循环工况下的动力性仿真。仿真结果表明,系统动力特性满足整车的动力性能设计要求。
According to micro-electric car power-train requirements, put forward a gear transmission ratio through theoretical analysis, the capacity of the battery, motor parameters coordinate matching method, so that the system characteristics match the vehicle power-train requirements. Chongqing Yogomo Electric Co. , Ltd. FA's mechanical and electrical drive system for electric cars as an example for the calculation of the match, and advisor for the use of drive cycle of the power-train simulation, validation of the method is feasible. The simulation results show that micro-electric car's mechanical and electrical transmission system can meet the dynamic performance of vehicle design requirements.
