摘要
目的通过80例脐带绕颈2周及以上病例的临床回顾分析,探讨脐带绕颈2周及以上经阴道分娩的可行性。方法随机选择身体健康,无分娩并发症脐带绕颈2周及以上的80例与100例无脐带绕颈病例。比较产程时间、分娩方式及新生儿出生评分等情况。结果两组产程时间和新生儿评分比较无显著差异,绕颈组阴道助产和剖宫产率略高于对照组。结论胎儿脐带绕颈2周及以上的孕妇在严密监护下自然分娩是可行的。
Objective 80 cases of nuehal cord by two circle and above the clinical retrospective analysis to explore the umbilical cord around neck 2 circle and above, the feasibility of vaginal delivery. Methods Randomly selected healthy, nonde-livery complications UCAN two circle and over 80 cases and 100 cases without nuchal cord cases. Comparison of labor time and mode of delivery and neonatal birth rates and so on. Results Two groups of labor time and the neonatal score there was no significant difference in vaginal delivery group around the neck and the slightly higher rate of cesarean section. Conclusion The fetal umbilical cord around neck 2 circle and above pregnant women in the intensive care under the antural delivery is feasible.
