摘要
我国精神健康状况不容乐观,现有工作体制难以适应精神健康问题的解决,非常有必要引入专业社会工作。美国精神健康领域专业社会工作的发展体现了从公立医院推广到私人诊所,从民用发展到军用,从一般社会工作人员发展到精神健康领域专家团队,从民间推动再到政府全面介入等特点。美国精神健康社会工作发展中的需求导向,问题意识,精英人物推动,人才队伍培养,制度建设,财政保障等经验值得我国借鉴。
Due to the unfavorable mental health condition and poor relevant working mechanism,it is necessary for China to draw lessons from the professional social work in mental health field abroad.And on this aspect,America is undoubtedly an excellent model,with a mature work system developed from public hospitals to private clinics,from civic use to military use,from ordinary social worker groups to expert panels,and from nongovernmental motivation to all-round governmental involvement.Its remarkable achievements in demand orientation,problem consciousness,elite leadership,personnel training,system construction,and financial guarantee are enlightening experiences for China.
