摘要
介绍了首钢迁钢热轧分厂加热炉的煤气单耗状况,系统地分析了煤气单耗与产量、热装率、热损失、空气系数等因素之间的关系,并有针对性地在工艺、设备上提出了相应的解决办法,为加热炉的节能降耗提供了现实有效的思路与对策。
The gas consumption on reheating furnace of hot strip mill of Qian＇an Steel was introduced. The relation amoung gas consumption, output, hot charging rate, heat loss, air surplus rate was ana- lyzed, meanwhile, some solutions were given for energy-saving. The analysis put forward effective strategies about the energy saving.
