摘要
采用SOD抑制氮兰四唑(NBT)在荧光下的还原作用来测定蜂花粉中延衰因子SOD活性,以抑制NBT光化还原反应的50%为一个酶活性单位。测定新鲜茶花花粉、商品茶花花粉、蜂粮和新鲜蚕豆花粉中SOD活性(u/g鲜重)分别为156.3、101.2、118和31.6;对这些样品中的SOD同工酶进行分离及活性染色,得到蚕豆花粉的SOD同工酶具有4条透明的活性谱带。
The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was assayed with the method of SOD suppressing the reduction of NBT in fluorescence.An enzymatic activity unit is defined as half of SOD suppressing NBT photorecovery.The activity of SOD(u/g Fresh Weight)in fresh tea pollen,commercial tea pollen,bee bread and fresh bean pollen was 156.3,101.2,118 and 31.6 The SOD isozyme in these samples was isolated and intravital stained.There were four transparent active band of SOD isozyme in bean pollen.
