摘要
研究了无卤膨胀型阻燃剂2,4,6-三(O,O-二甲基磷酰基)-1,3,5-三嗪的无溶剂合成方法。探讨了反应时间,反应温度以及反应物质的量比等对产品收率的影响,筛选出最适宜的工艺条件为亚磷酸三甲酯与三聚氯氰的物质的量比为3.2∶1,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为4 h。产品得率为91.3%。并用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、热重分析对化合物的结构及性能进行了表征和测定。
A phosphorus-containing triazine was synthesized from trimethyl phosphite and cyanuric chloride.The chemical structures of the product was characterized by means of()~1H NMR,FT IR and TG.The optimal conditions for preparation of 2,4,6-tri(O,O-dimethyphosphoryl)-1,3,5-triazine were as follows: dropping addition of trimethyl phosphite at room temperature,n(trimethl phospite):n(cyanuric chloride)=3.2∶1,reaction at 70 ℃ for 4 h.The yield was 91.3%.The product with high thermal stability can be used as a intumescent flame retardant.
