摘要
高校科研团队知识共享可以划分为共享意愿、知识贡献和共享效果三个维度;高校科研团队信任也包含组织信任、认知信任和情感信任三个维度。在理论分析的基础上提出高校科研团队信任与知识共享的关系假设,并进行实证检验。研究结果显示:高校科研团队组织信任除对共享意愿有显著影响外,对知识贡献和共享效果影响并不显著,而认知信任和情感信任对共享意愿、知识贡献、共享效果均具有显著影响。
The knowledge sharing process can be divided into three dimensions: sharing will, knowledge contribution and sharing results. The trust can also be divided into three dimensions: organizational trust, cognitive trust and emotional trust. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper raises several hypothesis on the relationship between trust and knowledge sharing, and then tests them. The study result shows that organizational trust has a significant effect on knowledge contribution and sharing results while has no effect on sharing will, cognitive trust and emotional trust have significant effects on all of the three dimensions of knowledge sharing.
