摘要
“农业环境”与“农村环境”是二个不同的概念，这二者存在着明显的差异性。农业部门依法对农业环境保护工作实施监督管理，环境保护部门负责农村生态环境保护。今后我国的农业部门应当依法做好农业环境保护工作，促进农业的可持续发展。
Agro-environment is an
apparently different conception from rural environment. Agricultural sectors supervise
agro-environmental protection work, and environmental protection sectors are responsible for rural
ecological environmental protection. Future agro-environmental protection work should be taken in
accordance with the law for our agricultural sectors to promote sustainable development of
agriculture.
