摘要
研究了滤纸污染对土壤NH+4-N,NO-3-N,PO3-4-P测定结果的影响。研究表明,定量滤纸NO-3-N和PO3-4-P含量低,定性滤纸NO-3-N和PO3-4-P含量高,而NH+4-N则相反,定量滤纸的含量远远高于定性滤纸。用浸提剂处理滤纸和做滤纸空白测定的方法可以有效地消除因滤纸污染而产生的误差。
This paper discussed the errors in analysis for
ammonium, nitrate and phosphorus in soil caused by contamination from filter paper. The
results showed that the concentration of and was lower in quantitative filter paper than that in
qualitative one. On the contrary, the concentration of was greatly higher in quantitative filter
paper than that in qualitative one. The errors could be eliminated effectively by treating filter
paper with relative extracting solution or by doing blank filter paper analysis.
