摘要 利用柔和法制备三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO_3)预挤出物,再分别用两步法和分级注入法与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混制备PP/EPDM/nano-CaCO_3复合材料。当w(EPDM)为25.5%时,分级注入法制备的复合材料形成了分散相EPDM中包覆PP相的多重包覆结构;当w(EPDM)大于16.5%时,分级注入法能明显降低EPDM粒子直径,使EPDM粒子形状规则,分散均匀;两步法制备的复合材料结晶温度和储能模量均比分级注入法高,说明两步法中有更多的nano-CaCO_3粒子从EPDM相迁移到PP相中,这与扫描电子显微镜分析结果基本一致。 The authors prepared pre-extrudate of ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer(EPDM)/nano-calcium carbonate(nano-CaCO3) by mild mixing method, and then synthesized polypropylene(PP)/EPDM/nano-CaCO3 composite with two-step extrusion or lateral injection extrusion method, respectively. A complex structure of EPDM particles as dispersed phase which contain PP phase was observed in the composite prepared with lateral-injection extrusion method when mass content of EPDM reached 25.5%. The lateral-injection extrusion method endowed the EPDM particles with smaller diameter, regular shape and homogeneous distribution when EPDM content was 16.5%. The crystallization temperature and storage modulus of the composite prepared with two-step extrusion method were higher than those of its counterpart made with the lateral extrusion method, this fact accounted for the migration of nano-CaCO3 particles from EPDM phase into PP phase, as confirmed by the observation of scanning electron microscope.
