摘要
运用由2个模块、7个因素、16个指标构成的区域工业企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,采用灰色关联度评价方法,对河北省工业企业技术创新能力进行测度。发现河北省工业企业技术创新能力整体较弱,要改变这种局面,主要应从以下几方面入手:强化企业创新意识;整合和优化全省创新资源,加大企业创新投入;加强产学研合作;改善政府服务和金融服务,营造有利于企业创新的外部环境,等等。
This research bases on the gray relevance method and assesses the industrial technological innovation of Hebei province by 2 modules,7 factors and 16 indexes.It is found that Hebei industrial technological innovation is weak and improvements should be made in respect of the awareness of industrial innovation,integration of resources,investment,research,governmental and financial services.
