日本三菱公司开发了新的3000rpm48英寸整体围带未级叶片,提高其长期在腐蚀环境下工作与二班制运行的可靠性,并大幅度改善了性能。本文介绍它的气功与强度设计,以及按实物尺寸的旋转振动试验等。
The 3000rpm 48 inch integral shroud last row blade newly developed by MHI has enhanced reliability during long term operation in corrosive environment and two-shift operation. It has also improved thermal efficiency. This article introduced its aerodynamic and mechanical design, as well as rotation test of vibration with physical sized blade.
